For over 20 years, I have managed and transformed private residential properties for HNW and UHNW families by providing vision, identifying needs, establishing teams, creating job descriptions, hiring, training in protocols and systems, managing renovations and capital improvement projects, vendor contracts, community relationships, maintaining facilities, and financial oversight for multiple properties. I worked seamlessly with Principals and family offices on large projects. I accomplished projects on time and within budget by cultivating strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
My prior background has been in accounting and international equities trading for 15 years. My business experience has been essential to developing the skills necessary to bridge the gap between family offices and private residential service teams.
I started consulting to help upper-management Private Service Professionals with career development through mentoring, coaching, and continued educational opportunities.
